Who we are
Suit Cut Bespoke Tailor is a hand tailoring shop on the G floor of MBK Center, Phaya Thai Rd, Wang Mai, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. This policy explains what personal details we collect when you use suitcuttailor.com or suitcutbespoketailor.com, why we collect them, and what you can ask us to do with them.

What we collect
Only what we need to talk to you and to cut your garment.
- Details you type into the enquiry or contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Details you give when you book an appointment: name, email, phone, the date and time you choose, and whether you are visiting the shop or coming to collect a finished garment.
- Measurements, fit notes and cloth or style choices you send us, or that we take with you in the shop, so your garment can be made to you.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, telephone calls, and emails we exchange.
- Basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your device and browser type and which pages you opened, so we can see what is working and what is not.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, confirm your appointment, prepare for your fitting, make and fit your garment, and let you know when it is ready for pick-up.
When you book, we automatically send you a confirmation and a thank-you note, and we keep a record of the appointment so the shop knows to expect you. When you send an enquiry, we send you an acknowledgement and then answer you ourselves.
We may also use your contact details to follow up on a garment you ordered, or to tell you about a change to your appointment. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Your details stay with us. We share them only with the services that help us run the shop:
- An email delivery service that sends your booking confirmation, thank-you note and our own shop alerts from notify.suitcuttailor.com.
- A secure database host that stores your enquiry and appointment records.
- Google, for the map, web fonts and videos we embed on our pages, which may see your device information.
- WhatsApp and your phone or email provider, for messages you choose to start.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and appointment records while we are dealing with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our own records and any legal accounting requirements. Measurement and pattern records for a garment you have ordered with us are kept so that a repeat order can be cut to the same fit; tell us if you would rather we did not keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your details. Email suitcuttailor7@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will handle it. If you prefer not to receive our confirmation and thank-you emails, tell us and we will stop.
How we protect it
Our records are held with access-controlled, encrypted services and only the people who need them to serve you can reach them. No method of storage is completely safe, so we ask that you do not send us anything you would not want a tailor to know.
If this changes
We may update this page as the shop and its services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised; a current copy is always at suitcuttailor.com/privacy-policy.
